Information on exchanges

The period to exchange or return an item is 14 calender days beginning on the date you receive the package at your shipping address.
 Jorvicmi, SL reserves the right to deny returns requested or sent outside this period, and returns of pieces that are not in the same condition as they were received.
You can exchange or return an item from our website.
If you shop as a guest, click on the link that we sent in the order confirmation message. Exchanges cannot be requested for purchases made without an account.
After having requested the exchange or return of an item from our website, if 14 calendar days have passed since the exchange request was made and we have not received the original item, it will be understood as not returned. Therefore, the money for that item will not be refunded as the item was not returned. The messenger and transport fees arising from this process shall be borne by you using the original payment method.
You can exchange or return any item as long as it is in perfect condition and still has the corresponding tags and complete original packaging (including plastic bags and seals).
You will receive the amount through the same payment method used on the purchase within an estimated period of 14 days, depending on your banking institution.
Fees arising from processing and messenger services on exchanges and returns shall be paid by the consumer, except when the return is not due to manufacturing defects.

Exchange procedure


You can exchange any product during the 14 calendar days following the delivery date.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size and/or material, you can do so at no additional cost.
As soon as we receive your request, we will send the new product to the shipping address of your original order.

You will receive an email to confirm shipment once the package has been sent. 
Items may be exchanged for other products, but when the new product has a higher price than the previous one, the difference must be paid. If the new product has a price that is lower than the previous one, you will be refunded the difference using the same payment method as was used in the first purchase.


Conditions for returns

You will receive the amount through the same payment method used on the purchase within an estimated period of 10-14 days, depending on your banking institution.
After examining the item we will let you know if you have the right to a refund of the amount paid. In order to accept the return, the returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, with the original packaging, tags, and seals. Finally, in order for the returned item to be accepted, the e-receipt must be included inside the box.


Unaccepted returns


Exchanges and returns from a country different than the one in which you received the order will not be permitted: we do not accept exchanges and returns between different countries.
We do not allow exchanges or returns if the products being exchanged or returned are not in perfect condition. 


Returning defective products


In the event that you believe that the product does not comply with the stipulations of the contract at the time of product delivery, you must contact us immediately either by phone or via email and provide information on the product such as how it is damaged and we will indicate how to proceed. 
You will be able to return the product by delivering it to a messenger that we send to your address when pick up is requested, at no additional cost.
We will then examine the returned product in detail and let you know via email whether a refund or replacement (where applicable) will be given within a reasonable period of time. The refund or replacement of the item shall be made as soon as possible and in all cases within the 14 days following the date on which we sent the email confirming the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item. 
The amounts paid for products to be returned due to an imperfection or defect, when there really is one, shall be refunded in full, including the fees incurred to deliver the item and the costs that you may have incurred to return it. The return shall be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
