Shipping and Delivery
TIMELINES AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
The order will be received in a period of two to five business days from the time the customer receives the order confirmation email.
* It is possible that this delivery timeline is prolonged up to 45 days due to one of the following reasons:
- Special articles
- Unexpected circumstances
- Delivery area
Information on shipping data
The order will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer (selected as “Shipping Address” in the purchase form or predetermined “Shipping Address” in the customer account “My Account”).
It is very important to review the “Shipping Address” provided in the form and check that it is the one that should be used. It is also recommended that customers always review the predetermined “Shipping Address” saved under “My Account”.
If for any reason we cannot comply with the delivery date:
We will inform you of this circumstance and will give you the option to continue with the purchase and establish a new delivery date, or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price you paid. Remember that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the “delivery” shall be understood to be complete or that the product(s) have been “delivered” at the time the package is signed for at the address provided.
If we cannot deliver the package, your product(s) will be returned to our warehouse or they will be stored by the messenger company. We will leave a note explaining where your package is and what to do to have it sent again.
If you are not going to be at the delivery location, we ask that you contact us to modify the delivery or call the number left on the messenger note.
Please remember that storage and reshipping of your product(s) may have an additional fee.
We ship to the entire European Union.
For shipments outside of the European Union, check availability and rates while shopping. On the home page you’ll find a section in the “Country – Language” module where you have the option to contact us for orders from countries WITHOUT ONLINE PURCHASE.
RATES IN SPAIN:
Free within the Iberian Peninsula.
Shipping and handling not included to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Customs charges for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla shall be borne by the customer. This condition is accepted upon placing the order. Under no circumstances does Jorvicmi, SL take responsibility for paying for customs processing or the taxes arising therefrom.
RATES IN EUROPE:
Free throughout the European Union.
Shipping and handling is not included for countries outside the European Union.
In the event that customs retains the package, the recipient shall be responsible for any fees. This condition is accepted upon placing the order.
If the article arrives at its destination and the customer does not accept the package due to refusing to pay customs duty and processing, the amount paid for the product shall be refunded, minus said expenses.
Under no circumstances does Jorvicmi, SL take responsibility for paying for customs processing or the taxes arising therefrom.My Order
